公司背景  About HKIES

HKIES 海升國際教育服務中心成立於 2001 年，二十多年來一直協助香港家庭規劃英國、澳洲及加拿大升學之路。我們深信，每位學生都值得擁有專屬的升學建議、清晰的資訊，以及一條真正適合其能力、興趣與長遠目標的道路。

多年來，我們與多間寄宿中小學、學院、大學及銜接課程機構建立緊密合作關係。團隊以專業與細心並重，讓家長與學生在每個階段都感到安心與被支持。

宗旨及理念 

為學生尋找最合適的升學機會，並協助家庭作出清晰而有信心的決定。我們不只是一間升學中心，更希望成為家長與學生的長期夥伴。由首次諮詢、申請過程、出發前準備，以至入讀後的跟進，我們都會一直陪伴在旁，提供實用而真誠的支援。

服務範圍 

我們每年為數以百計的家長及學生提供完善的一站式英國升學諮詢服務，我們的升學顧問皆由英國或其他海外國家學成歸來，有多年國外生活經驗，可以為學生們提供最真誠的意見。我們的專業顧問定期前往英國探訪學生及院校考察。我們還是UCAS的註冊報名中心，與英國文化協會保持緊密聯繫，定期參與其安排的培訓及講座，不斷吸取最新英國資訊。我們更被不少報紙傳媒等媒體邀請做專業訪問及應邀前往本地中小學及大專院校提供英國升學及海外暑期課程講座。我們的服務包括：

• 免費為家長及學生提供升學意見，解釋海外教育制度，分析升學途徑，選擇合適課程及學校
• 安排學生入讀寄宿中、小學、學院、大學基礎班、大學學位、碩士及短期課程
• 安排學生面試及入學考試
• 免費協助 UCAS (英國大學及院校招生事務處)及IELTS申請
• 安排學校宿舍申請或寄宿家庭
• 安排監護人服務及提供留學生保險資料
• 安排機場接機及出發前說明
• 協助學生申請簽証

跟進服務

開課後，家長都會很想瞭解子女的學習及生活情況，但部份家長因不諳英語或因不熟識學校的聯絡方式，從而感到徬徨無助。因此，我們會擔當家長及學校的橋樑角色，加強雙方的瞭解和溝通。
我們可以提供的跟進服務有:

• 定期向中小學學生家長匯報學生學習及生活情況
• 為家長翻譯成績表
• 協助學生及家長處理特殊事件，提供繼續就學及轉校服務
